My name is Paul Higgins and I am a futurist with Emergent Futures.

I have a masters degree in Strategic Foresight from Swinburne University as well as a a veterinary degree and an animal research degree. As well as my veterinary experience I have been involved in several business ventures and industry organisations. One of my main interests is the disruptive effect of the internet on business models, organisations, and society.

On the personal front I live in Melbourne, Australia . I enjoy cooking, bike riding, skiing, and triathlons.
